Activities

The Association regularly presents a full day of meditation retreat each Saturday and Sunday and provides a prayer service group for free visitation of the sick and dying. The Association regularly enhances the cultivation of practitioners who are already Buddhists.  Group meditation sessions take place every Saturday and Sunday from about 9am to 4:30pm.  They include a rich variety of activities, such as sutra recitation, Buddha name chanting, walking meditation, sitting meditation and bowing to the Buddha.  At the end of such a one-day or two-day retreat, the practitioners would clearly feel the benefits of a clear mind, with a reduction of mental noise and an elevated level of consciousness.

PEACE. LOVE. HARMONY.
